Sing to me Of poetry and Melodious autumn days That whirl and twirl within the wind Into a solemn wintry haze A faded grin lost to the wind As autumn falls away Farthing, fleeting, like a song Summer never lasts for long All the ardor besotted by rhyme Will always fade eventually with time Hate and love bleed the very same Both a tragedy, a comedy, and a shame!
